Having recently had a glorious opportunity to speak at our Young Women in Excellence Night, I knew exactly why this title made my hands unable to resist as I perused the Deseret Book store. My self-given topic was "DIG A LITTLE DEEPER, SHINE A LITTLE BRIGHTER in their relationship with their Heavenly Father". I found this talk on CD just two days after giving that talk.I should have come here first...
Since it would be a bad (very bad) idea to call the parents and young women and ask them to come back just to listen to me a second time, I will just promote that every parent who has a daughter ages 8 to 100 should buy this for her for Christmas and listen to it with her.
This little CD won't solve the worlds problems.... however I believe that if every person could remember they are a Child of God who loves them and that they love Him, wouldn't the world be a better, safer, more charitable, and happy place to be?
